Welcome to the Mission Courts One Community Website
The Mission Courts Maintenance Corporation is a residential community of 172 beautiful condominiums with individual garages and other amenities including a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi spa and tot lot. The community was built in 1986 and is located in the City of Rancho Santa Margarita at the intersection of Santa Margarita and Antonio Parkway. The Mission Courts Maintenance Corporation is an extremely popular choice for living because of its beautiful homes, excellent school district, recreational areas and proximity to Lake Rancho Santa Margarita. It has quick access to the 241 “Foothill South” toll road and other highways making it convenient to Orange County’s major shopping centers, health care facilities and employment centers. The Mission Courts Maintenance Corporation, also known as Mission Courts I Condominium Association, is a sub-association within Rancho Santa Margarita and part of the overall SAMLARC (Santa Margarita Landscape and Recreation Corporation) master association.

The Mission Courts One Board of Directors has been working diligently and will use this section to update you on some of the improvements and changes they are making in the community.

  • The deck, stair stringer and railing project is almost complete, thank you for your patience during this necessary community-wide repair.
  • The Board is reviewing several different options for updating the trash enclosures, more info to come soon.
  • Mission Courts One has contracted with a new Maintenance Company, ProTec Building Services.  ProTec will be handling the majority of maintenance items here within the community from lighting maintenance to concrete repair.  This partnership will save the Association money and will enable the Board to identify and plan for repairs and future improvements. See something in the community that needs addressing? Please email our Community Manager michelle@vintagegroupre.com with details and photos (if possible) and she will coordinate service.
